Practice groupCorporate & Finance

Andrew Klump performs due diligence on a broad range of corporate transactional matters, primarily mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Andrew most recently worked as in-house corporate counsel for an international hotel management company, where he dealt with a wide variety of corporate matters.

Andrew graduated magna cum laude from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law where he was a member of the University of Louisville Law Review. During that time, Andrew had stints in the legal departments of two major Kentucky-based corporations, and a small bankruptcy firm. As a law student, Andrew focused primarily on business law, including the development of both worker and consumer cooperative business models. He even provided pro bono hours to draft the by-laws for the Louisville Community Grocery, a cooperative grocery aiming to alleviate food insecurity in Louisville. Drawing from that experience, Andrew co-authored "Alleviating Food Insecurity via Cooperative By-laws" published in the Georgetown Journal of Poverty Law & Policy.

Prior to law school, Andrew graduated as valedictorian from St. Joseph's College with a B.S. in Computer Science and B.A. in Political Science.
