Dealing in competitive markets and regulatory landscapes, Brandon Kinnard secures optimal solutions to complement business strategy. At the intersection of business, law, and public policy, he partners with clients on a variety of transactional and regulatory needs.

Brandon has experience working with clients on public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities, '33 and '34 Act reporting and compliance, and comprehensive corporate restructuring.

As an advisor to both private and public companies, Brandon also leverages a strong working knowledge navigating various government agencies. In law school, he interned with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission in the Division of Swap Dealer and Intermediary Oversight as well as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). During his time at the SEC, he worked in the Division of Corporate Finance, focusing on the rulemaking process under the Jumpstart Our Business Startups (JOBS) Act.

Brandon was also the Managing Editor of the American University Business Law Review, providing front-line legal analysis in the business sector. While at the University of Colorado, Brandon served as the chairman of the University Memorial Center Board, governing and supporting students' academic success initiatives and community involvement opportunities.

Represented Strategic Education, Inc. in a US$220m underwritten offering of common stock.

Represented International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. in the negotiation and establishment of an at-the-market equity offering program.
