Shannon Kimball represents venture capital funds and emerging companies in equity and debt financings. She also represents clients across a variety of industries on mergers and acquisitions.

While a student at Berkeley Law, Shannon received the Jurisprudence Award in Negotiations and conducted research on corporate social responsibility. She served as a law clerk at the USDA the summer after her first year and began her legal career at Hogan Lovells as a summer associate.

Prior to law school, Shannon worked in fundraising for an international development nonprofit. She graduated with first class honors from McGill University, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the campus newspaper. Outside of practicing law, she is an avid runner and climbs mountains.
