Bryan Kim helps clients navigate complex commercial and cross-border transactions. He works closely with businesses, assisting them in acquiring, developing, and commercializing intellectual property.

Bryan’s practice focuses on drafting, structuring, and negotiating a variety of IP and technology-focused commercial arrangements. Additionally, he represents clients on supply chain matters, including procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and distribution. He also works closely with our international mergers and acquisitions team to advise companies on IP aspects of corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Bryan was an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of another international law firm. While in law school, Bryan was a member of the Boston College Law Review and a student attorney with the Boston College Legal Services LAB where he represented entrepreneurs and small businesses on IP and transactional matters.
