Stephanie Khan is an associate in the dispute resolution team in Singapore. After studying in Australia, Stephanie has gained experience on a broad range of matters within the construction, engineering, infrastructure and mining industries, both within Australia and internationally.

With experience in arbitration, mediation, DRBs, expert determination and adjudication, Stephanie is skilled in all aspects of construction arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.

Acting for a client in an arbitration for a dispute over fabrication works to steel tanks for the Olympic Dam site in South Australia.*

Acting for an Uzbek State-owned company in ICC arbitration proceedings concerning the installation of a telecommunications system along the Uzbek gas pipeline.

Acting for a Singapore-based engineering company in ICC arbitration proceedings (in Singapore) arising from a dispute relating to the supply and installation of pipes for a major oil and gas project.
