Stephanie Khan is an associate in the dispute resolution team in Singapore. After studying in Australia, she has gained experience on a broad range of matters within the construction, engineering, infrastructure and mining industries, both within Australia and internationally.

With experience in arbitration, mediation, DRBs, expert determination and adjudication, Stephanie is skilled in all aspects of construction arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.

Acting as Counsel in ICC arbitration (in Singapore) relating to the supply and installation of pipes for a major oil and gas project.

Acting as Counsel in an ICC arbitration for the supply of telecommunication systems, which included a full merits hearing over two weeks in Singapore.

Advising a trading commodities company in a successful defence of a substantial GAFTA arbitration (Singapore seat).

Acting as Counsel for a manufacturer in a Singapore seated arbitration under SIAC Rules, in a long running dispute between South Korean and US entities.

Advising clients in international arbitration conducted under LCIA, SIAC and LMAA rules as well as ad hoc arbitrations and mediations.

Acting for an EPC contractor in an arbitration regarding one of the largest cogeneration power stations in Australia*

Acting for a client in an arbitration for a dispute over fabrication works to steel tanks for the Olympic Dam site in South Australia.*
