Kevin Ng, CFA
Kevin has experience in merger and acquisition transactions, and has represented clients in both public and private M&A transactions. He also has experience in investment funds formation and advisory work. Kevin is a senior associate with the Corporate Department of Hogan Lovells' Hong Kong office.
He has set up both Hong Kong SFC authorised funds and private funds. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Kevin has worked in the Hong Kong and Beijing office of international law firms. Kevin completed his BA (Jurisprudence) degree at the University of Oxford in 2004. He is qualified in Hong Kong and England and Wales, and is a CFA® charter holder.
