For more than 35 years, Kevin Gralley has represented regional, national, and international borrowers and lenders in a wide variety of secured and unsecured credit transactions, including institutional private placements, asset-based loans, letter of credit arrangements, loan participations, and syndications and bankers acceptance financings.

Kevin has organized and presented numerous seminars for clients, trade associations, and lawyers on topics including lender liability, fraudulent conveyances, loan participations, and opinion practice.

Kevin is an active member of the firm's transactional practice and serves on the firm's opinions committee.
