Katie Kelly advises pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies on a broad range of regulatory matters. Katie has experience developing strategies for drug marketing exclusivity, assisting with advertising and promotional matters, and counseling on controlled substance issues.

While at Harvard Law School, Katie was on the Executive Board of the Harvard Negotiation Law Review, where she co-chaired a symposium on the role of negotiation and dispute resolution in healthcare. Katie also interned at the U.S. Department of Justice's Office of Vaccine Litigation and at the Health Care Division of the Office of the Attorney General of Massachusetts.

Prior to law school, Katie worked at Massachusetts General Hospital in the Medical Practice Evaluation Center, where she conducted cost-effectiveness research on HIV/AIDS treatment and prevention programs.
