Katie Hughes works with life sciences and health care companies to navigate the complex regulatory landscape required in order to achieve their business and strategic goals.

Katie advises pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies on a broad range of regulatory matters. She has experience developing strategies for drug regulatory approval and marketing exclusivity, assisting with advertising and promotional matters, and counseling on regulatory aspects of life sciences mergers and acquisitions.

Katie has worked on matters before the Federal Trade Commission, U.S. Department of Justice, and state attorneys general.

While at Harvard Law School, Katie was on the Executive Board of the Harvard Negotiation Law Review, where she co-chaired a symposium on the role of negotiation and dispute resolution in health care. Katie also interned at the U.S. Department of Justice's Office of Vaccine Litigation and at the Health Care Division of the Office of the Attorney General of Massachusetts.
