Kelly Quinn provides client-centered guidance throughout all stages of complex matters relating to government and internal investigations.

Kelly has advised clients primarily in the fields of healthcare and life sciences. She has experience with each step in an investigation, from an initial request or subpoena all the way through trial. Kelly has managed large-scale document productions, overseen teams of attorneys in preparation for fact-gathering interviews, and has organized and assisted with presentations made on behalf of clients to the Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission. She has defended both individual and corporate clients against allegations of pharmaceutical off-label promotion, healthcare fraud, false statements relating to healthcare, and anti-kickbacks.

With her degrees in Supply Chain Management and Operations Management, Kelly understands the organizational skills and efficiency required to successfully manage a complex investigation. She strives to bring this knowledge to each matter through streamlined communication, efficient workflow, and effective use of team resources.

Kelly also maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on domestic violence prevention, awareness, and litigation in the District of Columbia. She has successfully obtained several Civil Protection Orders on behalf of her clients. She regularly staffs a domestic violence walk-in clinic and recently co-authored a training manual on representing domestic violence survivors. In 2015, Kelly was named Law Firm Volunteer of the Year by the DC Volunteer Lawyers Project (DCVLP).
