Xavier is a Corporate Associate in our Sydney office, where he primarily advises on public and private mergers and acquisitions and securities law. His practice encompasses both domestic and cross-border transactional and corporate advisory work, with a focus on the information technology and energy and natural resources sectors.

Xavier has acted for clients ranging from start-ups to global industry leaders on matters including initial public offerings and equity raisings, schemes of arrangement and takeovers (including applications to the Takeovers Panel), business/asset acquisitions and divestments, privatisations, corporate reorganisations and reconstructions, as well as regulatory compliance and general corporate advice.

Xavier is recognised by his clients for his commercial approach, pragmatic attitude and his ability to work collaboratively with clients, regulators and other stakeholders to deliver results.
