Karla Dudek is a counsel in our Corporate Finance practice where she works with clients from across a range of industry sectors advising them on a diverse array of corporate transactions. She has helped our clients to implement their strategies and deliver shareholder value by carrying out domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, IPOs, equity fundraisings, demergers, private acquisitions and disposals, public takeovers and restructurings.
In addition to helping our clients with their transactions and equity fundraisings, Karla also works with our clients as they operate their businesses on a daily basis helping them with their company law queries, integration queries and advising them generally on those compliance, regulatory and corporate governance matters that clients just have to get right in today's business world.
Karla has long-standing relationships with many of our clients who come back to her because she understands them and their businesses and knows how to give them practical and commercially-minded legal advice. She works with clients to help to identify issues before they become problems but, where a problem already exists, she works with them to find a pragmatic solution.
