Michael Kaplan applies his multifaceted experience in real estate to create commercial-minded solutions for his clients' real estate and transactional needs.
Michael provides strategic advice on a full range of issues, including acquisitions and dispositions, corporate structuring and REIT matters, real estate financing, commercial leasing, and public private partnerships (P3). Michael's diverse industry experience enables him to apply a comprehensive approach to achieving his clients' goals in an effective and efficient manner.
A Denver native, Michael spent a number of years practicing law out of our Washington, D.C. office before returning to his hometown of Denver. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Michael worked for a real estate developer and practiced real estate law at a Colorado-based firm.
