Serenella focuses her practice on international commercial arbitration as well as domestic and cross-border litigation.
Since she joined Hogan Lovells in 2018, Serenella has assisted clients with disputes of all shapes across a wide range of industry sectors.
In particular, she has developed a solid knowledge of financial/insurance litigation, arbitration proceedings and class actions, assisting international and domestic clients.
Serenella graduated in Law from the University of Roma Tre in 2015. After the degree, she spent one year at BPP Law School in London and she obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL).
Representative experience
Assistance to Hansard Europe on a series of cross-border litigations related to more than 200 policies for alleged misselling and connected identification claims against intermediaries
Assistance to a leading provider of cryptocurrency exchange services on a class action for the alleged breach of the Italian Financial Act in the negotiation of derivative financial instrument
Assistance to the Italian subsidiary of a global insurance group in ad hoc arbitration proceedings against a hunting association in a dispute concerning complex insurance contracts between the parties
