She has also been involved in infrastructure projects. She has drafted and negotiated various kinds of agreements including sale and purchase, commercial leases, EPC and other construction contracts, franchise and management agreements in the leisure field, and long term service agreements in the energy field. Justyna’s experience in the area of real estate embraces offices, retail, warehouse, and residential projects. Justyna advises her clients during the different stages of the development process including planning, and permits and construction, as well as helping them deal with civil law and administrative law issues. She has also been engaged in numerous due diligence, project finance and litigation projects.
