As an associate in the Hogan Lovells Warsaw office, Julia is a legal adviser and member of the Circuit Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw. She works in the Corporate and M&A Department in the employment and corporate team where she co-operates with Polish and international clients advising mostly on employment related issues, in particular concerning compliance policies, labour investigations, group layoffs and non-competition restrictions.

She also assists in transactions concerning the acquisitions of Polish entities by foreign companies, preparing due diligence reports and drafting transaction documentation. Julia is a co-author of various press publications and dedicated to labour law and is also the co-author of the chapter 'Cross-border Reorganization in Poland' published in European Cross-Border Mergers and Reorganisations' edited by Jérôme Vermeylen and Ivo Vande Velde (Oxford University Press 2012).She speaks Polish, English and German.

Representative experience

Advising CTEK on the process of group lay-offs and assisting in communications with the employees' representatives.
