Julia Peng's practice focuses on IP enforcement, with particular experience in trademark and patent administrative enforcement and civil litigation, as well as criminal IP actions. Julia also assists clients with brand protection, trademark prosecution and domain name registrations in China, and has helped many clients recover hijacked trademarks. She has advised clients from a wide range of industries, including electrical, pharmaceutical, software, entertainment, fashion and consumer products.

Julia Peng is an associate in Hogan Lovells (Shanghai) Intellectual Property Service Co., Ltd, an affiliate business of Hogan Lovells licensed to undertake certain intellectual property matters in China, including trademark and copyright prosecution and enforcement.

Representing the European licensee of the SMURFS brand in enforcing its copyright and trademark rights against joint infringers in China.

Acting for a Japanese game company in several anti-counterfeiting cases, including customs enforcement, administrative actions, and domain name complaints.
