Having trained at the firm and as a senior associate in our London real estate group, Julia has a broad breadth of experience in all aspects of transactional real estate matters acting for a variety of clients including institutional landlords and corporate occupiers. Her commercially-focused, pragmatic approach enables her to bring concise advice to her clients and hit tight timescales on complex transactions. She brings extensive experience in investment purchases, sales and asset management (both landlord and tenant), as well as development pre-lets to her role and she is also part of the specialist team with experience in leasehold liability transactions.

Julia's approachable and user-friendly style has enabled her to develop strong client relationships. She also takes a keen interest in legal developments in the market, having contributed to a number of blogs and articles on a wide range of real estate topics.
