Julia Fiedler, LL.B.
Julia Fiedler has been an associate in the Hamburg office of Hogan Lovells since 2015. As a member of our Employment group Julia advises national and international companies on all matters concerning individual and collective employment law. In particular, her practice includes supporting corporations with respect to the drafting and termination of service agreements with managing directors and key employees. She further advises on matters regarding works council and corporate codetermination and accompanies clients in the planning and implementation of structural measures. Additionally, she frequently assists clients in their day-to-day employment work including drafting employment contracts and the resolution of legal disputes.
Julia studied law at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and at London School of Economics. She gained her Bachelor of Laws in 2009. During her legal traineeship at the Hanseatic Court of Appeals she worked, inter alia, for international law firms and the German consulate-general, in Sydney.
