Victoria A. Joseph is a thoughtful and pragmatic litigator who provides client-centered, efficient, and effective solutions to complex commercial disputes. She currently serves as a Special Attorney for the State of Minnesota in the prosecution of the four former police officers charged in connection with the death of George Floyd. 

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells as a summer associate in 2016, Victoria served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Gregory M. Sleet (Ret.) of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. While in law school, she served as an associate editor for the Journal of Constitutional Law and was a founding member and comments editor for the Journal of Law & Public Affairs.

Before law school, Victoria was a legal fellow with Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) after having spent two years working in Development and Alumni Relations for her alma matter.

Represented a major life sciences company in an ongoing government investigation.

Represented a medical device manufacturer in settlement of breach of contract and tortious interference claims following eight years of litigation and jury trial.

Represented international consumer goods manufacturer in products liability class action in the District of New Jersey and Central District of California.

Successfully secured dismissal of an insurance coverage and bad faith law suit on behalf of a national insurance provider in the District of Delaware.

Represented a former pro se litigant as a court-appointed attorney in a medical malpractice lawsuit on remand in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
