Victoria A. Joseph is a thoughtful and pragmatic litigator who provides client-centered, efficient, and effective solutions to complex commercial disputes. 

Her experience includes representing clients faced with challenges stemming from the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, and various securities-based rules and regulations. Victoria's experience includes conducting witness interviews, working with large-scale teams to facilitate fact discovery, and preparing government presentations. Victoria maintains an active pro bono and public interest practice, she served as a Special Attorney for the State of Minnesota in the prosecution of the four former police officers charged in connection with the death of George Floyd. 

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Victoria served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Gregory M. Sleet (Ret.) of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. While in law school, she served as an associate editor for the Journal of Constitutional Law and was a founding member and comments editor for the Journal of Law & Public Affairs.

Represented a major life sciences company in an ongoing government investigation.

Represented a medical device manufacturer in settlement of breach of contract and tortious interference claims following eight years of litigation and jury trial.

Represented international consumer goods manufacturer in products liability class action in the District of New Jersey and Central District of California.

Successfully secured dismissal of an insurance coverage and bad faith law suit on behalf of a national insurance provider in the District of Delaware.

Represented a former pro se litigant as a court-appointed attorney in a medical malpractice lawsuit on remand in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Represented a major insurer in bad faith lawsuit arising from a coverage dispute.
