Joris Monin de Flaugergues is a member of the Paris Bar since 2015. He has joined Hogan Lovells and works on white collar crime cases.Joris focuses on various issues including corruption, industrial manslaughter, tax and customs fraud, money laundering and misuse of corporate assets.

Within Paris’s Investigation, White Collar Crime and Fraud team, he assists clients at every stage of the criminal procedure.Joris holds a post-graduate degree (Master 2) in private law (University Paris II Panthéon-Assas, 2012). He also holds a post-graduate degree (Master 2) in finance and strategy (Sciences Po Paris, 2014), allowing him to offer Hogan Lovell’s corporate clients a tailored service reflecting his deep understanding of their corporate strategy and financial objectives.
