Allison R. Johnson

Allison Johnson advocates for clients on environmental and safety issues, helping to navigate complex regulatory and legislative frameworks.

Allison counsels clients in matters involving the Clean Air Act; the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act; and the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards. Allison also assists clients in responding to enforcement actions and information requests.

While in law school, Allison served as a student advocate in the Georgetown University Law Center Federal Legislation Clinic. As a student advocate, she represented a civil and human rights nonprofit organization by advancing legislative, regulatory, and policy proposals in Congress and the Executive Branch. She also served as a law clerk at the Maryland Office of the Public Defender in Annapolis, Maryland.
