Johannes Falter advises clients on complex national and cross-border legal disputes. He focuses on the representation of companies in proceedings before state courts and arbitral tribunals, especially in corporate, cartel and supply chain litigation.
In addition to his legal focus, Johannes is involved in various citizenship projects of Hogan Lovells. He is, amongst others, the point of contact for the pro bono cooperation with the Refugee Law Clinic Munich and has been regularly involved as a tutor for Debate It! – a project of Hogan Lovells that supports young people in improving their rhetorical and argumentative skills.
Johannes is a board member of the registered association Junge Münchener Wirtschaftsanwälte (JMWA).

Representing a leading German automotive company in supply chain disruption cases against suppliers in various European countries. Abuse of dominance in the supply chain often features in these cases.
Representing a leading online retailer in a post M&A dispute including damages for anticompetitive conduct.
