Jennifer Rogalski advises national and international clients on mergers & acquisitions, private equity and all general issues in relation to corporate law.
Her main areas of advice include assisting companies and investors with complex corporate transactions, in particular in the real estate, healthcare and energy sector. She further accompanies cross-border transformations, company incorporations and restructurings as well as management participation programs and W&I insurances.
Jennifer Rogalski studied law at the University of Heidelberg with a strong focus on corporate law. During her legal education, she gained several years of experience in the corporate field, working for international companies and major law firms. Jennifer Rogalski already joined Hogan Lovells in 2019 as a corporate trainee and is working as an attorney since 2022.
