Katherine S. Jeffery focuses on mergers and acquisitions and securities law. Her experience has ranged from helping clients comply with SEC requirements to closing deals in jurisdictions around the world.

While in law school, she served as an online editor for the Cornell Law Review and co-president of the National Security Law and Policy Society. During the summer after her first year of law school, Katherine served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Consuelo Callahan in the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

Prior to law school, Katherine gained exposure to a wide spectrum of public policy issues through her work as an intern at U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein's office in Washington, D.C., and as intern in the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, Major Crimes Division. She also has experience working internationally as an assistant English teacher at middle schools in Beaugency and La Chappelle-Saint-Mesmin, France.
