The go to man for employment law issues, Jean-Marc Albiol has provided strategic advice on numerous complex and sensitive matters including mergers & acquisitions, restructurings and site closures. For each client, Jean-Marc works to find the best solution taking into account the client's business, their culture and the industry sector they operate in. Jean-Marc has notably advised clients in the automotive, telecommunications and retail sectors.

Where possible he uses amicable resolution methods, but equally when clients require litigation support, he appears before the relevant French courts on individual, collective and restructuring cases.

Jean-Marc is recognized as an 'expert' by the Cercle Magellan (a group bringing together the HR and International mobility Directors) for international mobility issues and is the author of numerous publications in employment law reviews.

His work was recognized at the Client Choice Awards 2015 where he was the exclusive winner in the Employment & Benefits category for France. Jean-Marc also lectures on employment law at Paris II Panthéon Assas University.
