Jean Blackerby

Jean Blackerby brings her flexible, problem-solving approach to debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. She also advises clients on corporate governance matters and NYSE listing requirements.

Jean has also worked with the sponsors of real estate and other types of investment funds on fund formation, related fund governance, and structuring matters. In addition, Jean advises numerous nonprofit organizations on formation, corporate governance, and nonprofit best practices.

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Jean was an associate at an international law firm in Paris. While in law school, Jean was the executive editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review.
