Jason Georges advises clients on corporate and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital investments, and general commercial counseling. His practice spans various industries, with a focus on the technology, sports, media, and health care sectors. The breadth of Jason's transactional experience enables him to assist clients in managing risk and capitalizing on commercial opportunities.

While maintaining his corporate practice, Jason concurrently serves as the firm's Pro Bono Associate. In that role, he develops pro bono opportunities for more than 200 attorneys by working with a diverse network of legal services and public interest organizations throughout New York City.

During law school, Jason served as a member of the Columbia Business Law Review and a law clerk with the National Football League (NFL).
