Jessica Jacobs guides clients through all aspects of their complex civil litigation matters, resolving their disputes in the most efficient manner.

Jessica's litigation experience includes representing pharmaceutical and life sciences companies, commercial insurers, and financial institutions in state and federal courts throughout the country. Her practice includes contract disputes, unfair competition, class action defense, and employment-related matters, as well as white-collar defense and internal investigations.

Jessica is actively involved in the firm's Pro Bono practice, representing individuals in Section 1983 prisoners' civil rights cases, social security disability claims, and parole revocation hearings.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Jessica worked at another major law firm in New York where she represented companies in complex business litigation, including matters focused on contract disputes, false advertising, trademark infringement, and environmental law. Before attending law school, she spent two years working in business consulting, with a specific focus on best practices and talent management in the sales and customer service divisions of companies.

While in law school at Georgetown University Law Center, Jessica was the managing editor of the American Criminal Law Review, a legal research and writing law fellow, and a senior writing fellow.
