Isabella Kling advises national and international clients on a wide range of corporate law matters inclusive of M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. Over the last few years, she has also additionally added subject expertise on global corporate restructurings through her involvement in numerous transactions.
Isabella studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich and the Panthéon-Assas-University in Paris. She is a long-standing member of our Corporate Practice Group and has advised both local as well as international clients on their transactions. Isabella gained experience in several Hogan Lovells offices, including a 2-year stay in our Singapore office.
