As a senior associate in the Employment group, Isabel Pizarro is a highly skilled lawyer who focuses on day-to-day labor and social security consultancy issues, as well as transactional and due diligence matters.

Isabel provides top-notch advice related to transferring of personnel, restructures, employees' investigations and terminations, and international anticorruption investigation and interviews (including white collar investigations). She advises companies looking to start operations in Mexico and provides guidance on general legal counseling benefits, implementation of internal policies and code of conducts, white collar and high executive employment contracts, and labor-related issues on independent contractors, subcontracting, and outsourcing structures in Mexico.

She is also committed to pro bono work and has been recognized for her involvement with international human rights organizations and is strongly committed to promoting diversity, inclusion, and equity. In 2014, the firm awarded her for her dedication to pro bono.

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Isabel worked in the Mexican Labor and Social Welfare Department and in two high-profile Mexican law firms.
