Diego is an Associate in our IPMT practice in the Madrid office with extensive experience in IP litigation, particularly in the field of patents, trademarks, copyright and unfair competition. Diego’s clients include national and international companies with a particular focus on clients within the following industry sectors: life sciences, technology, automotive and telecommunications.

He is known to clients for having a technical and strategic approach in his advice along with being committed and hard working in all the matters he handles.

Diego is involved in a wide range of multijurisdictional litigation matters and is also currently involved in a pro bono project involving sustainability.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Diego worked for the Intellectual Property department of a leading international law firm, where he regularly advised in a wide range of IP matters related to trademark prosecution and litigation, patents, designs, copyright and unfair competition matters.
