As part of the firm’s Financial Services Litigation team, Emma Houldsworth's practice focuses on financial services litigation and regulatory investigations. Emma acts for leading banks, as well as other financial services institutions, and her work regularly involves an international element and cross-border issues.

Emma's experience encompasses a wide range of High Court litigation covering a variety of products and subject matters including interest rate hedging products, aviation, FX, promissory notes, consumer claims brought under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and mis-selling. Emma has also undertaken a nine-month secondment to the litigation team of a leading international bank.
