Holly Hirst

Holly Hirst works with private equity houses, corporate entities, individual shareholders and management on both acquisitions and disposals of their investments in private companies, as well as providing companies with general on-going corporate advice. Frequently, the deals Holly works on are cross-border and her experience spans across a number of sectors. Often advising on high-pressured deals with a tight timeline, Holly has a keen eye for efficient delivery of advice and helping clients get their deals across the line smoothly.

Holly is adaptable, having provided advice to and worked on deals for clients in a broad range of industry sectors and not only for corporates, but management and individual shareholders since joining Hogan Lovells in 2012. Having joined the firm as a trainee, Holly has a strong internal network which she can use effectively to aid the delivery of streamlined advice from a range of practice areas and jurisdictions where required.
