Advising the senior lender on a private forward sale transaction of UK automotive hire purchase receivables.

Advising the senior lender on a new Series issue under an established Programme and a simultaneous pre-funding facility agreement.

Advising the lender on a secured credit facility backed by a portfolio of UK residential and commercial mortgage receivables.

Advising the UK government on the first securitisation of a £3 billion portfolio of income contingent repayment student loans.

Advising Crédit Agricole and Stormharbour Securities as joint lead managers in respect of a PLN 1.8 billion securitization of Polish lease receivables.

Advising Ford Credit Europe in respect of Globaldrive (UK) Variable Funding 2017 plc, a £1.6 billion securitization of auto loans.
