Elliot represents leading AI, social media and Internet technology companies in litigation in the United States and Europe. He has significant experience litigating high-stakes, high-risk privacy claims. Prior to becoming a litigator, Elliot clerked for the Supreme Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal of Canada. He also received the Silver Medal for second highest academic standing at Queen’s University Faculty of Law (2015-16).
