Christine Bocknek counsels both public and private companies on capital markets transactions, securities law compliance, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Christine helps clients navigate a variety of capital markets transactions, including debt and equity securities offerings, registered exchange offers, and complex restructuring and recapitalization transactions. She also focuses her practice on advising public companies regarding SEC reporting and corporate governance matters, including compliance with the requirements of the federal securities laws and regulations, stock exchange listing standards, and Section 16 matters.

Christine maintains an active pro bono practice and regularly advises clients on not-for-profit corporate governance matters.

Before law school, Christine worked as a paralegal in the corporate group of another international law firm in its Frankfurt, Germany, and New York City offices.
