Christine Henry advises clients on a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, and corporate governance matters.

While in law school, Christine served as the Executive Articles Editor of the William & Mary Business Law Review, interned at the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia, and conducted legal research for several nonprofit organizations. Christine's Note on the Volcker Rule was published in the William & Mary Business Law Review and received the award of Best Student Note.

Prior to law school, Christine worked as a paralegal in the corporate group of another international law firm in Frankfurt, Germany, and New York City. Christine speaks fluent German and intermediate French.
