Paul Henesy is a senior associate in the Corporate team of Hogan Lovells in Tokyo.

He has experience in corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, leveraged and acquisition financings, and corporate formation.

Paul also advises public and private companies on matters of corporate law. His work experience includes working as an associate in the corporate group of a large international law firm in New York.
