Dr. Hendrik Albrecht
Hendrik Albrecht focuses on IP licensing, protection of know-how, designs and patents. Hendrik advises and represents, inter alia, national and international companies in the fields of telecommunications, engineering and consumer goods.
His legal advice focuses on the negotiation of license agreements for all kinds of IP rights and on IP transactions concerning the acquisition and the sale of IP rights and technology. Another focus of Hendrik's work is the advice and negotiation of IP cooperation agreements, technology purchase agreements, research and development agreements and freedom to operate analyses in the fields of patent, trademark and design law. This includes the international enforcement of these rights.
Hendrik studied law at the University of Würzburg and University of Bristol. While being a fellow of the International Max Planck Research School for Comparative Legal History in Frankfurt, he wrote his dissertation with a focus on civil procedural and comparative law. During his legal clerkship he worked, amongst others, for one of Germany's leading technology suppliers in Shanghai and Stuttgart.
