Hendrik concentrates on drafting and negotiating complex licensing agreements and technology transfer agreements. He uses his focus on intellectual property law to advise on the acquisition and sale of IP rights, research and development projects and IP cooperations in the fields of telecommunications, engineering and life sciences. Hendrik represents you in IP infringement proceedings concerning patents and trademarks and protects your products against third party IP rights by providing freedom to operate analyses and drafting licenses and delimitation agreements. You may also seek Hendrik's advice for developing remuneration systems for employee inventors and the representation in employee inventor remuneration disputes.
Hendrik studied law at the University of Würzburg and University of Bristol in England. While being a fellow of the International Max Planck Research School for Comparative Legal History in Frankfurt, he wrote his dissertation with a focus on civil procedural and comparative law. During his legal clerkship he worked, amongst others, for one of Germany's leading technology suppliers in Stuttgart and Shanghai.
