Helen Couchman advises insurers and other financial institutions on insurance law and regulation, focusing on matters involving regulatory capital, long-term insurance, reinsurance, insurance finance and the Lloyd's insurance market. She has also worked on a number of major transactions involving the transfer of longevity risk by insurers and pension schemes, mergers and acquisitions of insurance companies as well as reorganisations of insurance groups.Her clients appreciate her understanding of their business and her consistent ability to respond to challenging legal enquiries.
