Heba is a Senior Associate in the London corporate practice. She has experience of a wide variety of work comprising cross-boarder corporate acquisitions and disposals, M&A, joint ventures, exits, equity finance, internal restructuring, and general corporate/commercial advice. Heba has a keen interest in the fashion and luxury brands industry and a passion for advising social enterprises and charitable organisations on general corporate matters including incorporation, on-going obligations and funding. 

Heba was seconded to the corporate team in our Dubai office from March to August 2010 where she gained experience in UAE local and international practices. Heba was also seconded to the in-house commercial legal team at SABMiller plc from June 2013 to November 2013 where she gained key commercial experience across a range of areas including branding, advertising, regulation, distribution, IP and corporate governance.

Representative experience

Advising a private equity house on its proposed acquisition of a global recruitment company with over 70 subsidiaries worldwide including co-ordinating due diligence.

Advising on corporate matters for social enterprises, not for profit companies and charitable organisations.

Advising the Bestway Group on the £620m acquisition of the Co-operative Group's Pharmacy business.

Advising on the UK aspects of a US$360m acquisition of a U.S. market leading manufacturer of liquid transportation systems and engineered products.

Advising a consortium of international banks in respect of an IPO of a national telecommunications company. 

Advising a global service-based integrator of  an electronic security and systems company on its acquisition of its first UK company specialising in access control.

Advising an international agricultural nutrition company on the acquisition of a UK leading provider of on farm environmental and carbon assessments.

Advising Jaguar Land Rover on group restructuring projects.
