Heaven C. Chee

Heaven Chee has handled every stage of litigation, from the initial drafting of complaints to final dispositions by the court. Throughout the process, clients rely on her to provide results and adapt to the unique needs of their businesses.

As a former law clerk for Judge George C. Hanks, Jr., of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Heaven had daily insight into the judicial decision-making process and learned the ins and outs of practice before traditional courts.

A trained litigator, she regularly represents exploration and production companies, oilfield service providers, and drilling contractors. She represents both plaintiffs and defendants in matters ranging from white-collar investigations to allegations of trade secret misappropriation.
