Heather Cloke

Having trained with the firm and as a senior associate in the real estate department, Heather has extensive experience in a variety of transactional real estate matters. This includes institutional investment, sales and purchases, landlord and tenant, portfolio management and developments. She also advises on the real estate aspects of corporate disposals and acquisitions, financings and restructurings. Key clients include AMIA, Barclays Bank PLC and Barclays Pension Fund, CCLA, Coal Pension Properties, Mars Pension Fund and Statoil.

She has extensive experience in high value and complex transactions which include; the acquisition of a multi-let office building in central London for over £21m, acting for a well-known supermarket retailer on numerous developments of new stores throughout the country; acting for a tenant on the letting of office space in a landmark building in central London at an annual rent of nearly £1m. Heather takes pride in the longevity and depth of her client relationships. She believes that a thorough understanding of clients' commercial aims enables her to tackle complex transactions and tight timescales successfully. She adopts a pragmatic and non-confrontational approach to find solutions that reflect her clients' objectives.
