Matthew Harris

Matthew Harris focuses his practice on cross-border transactions. He has represented multilateral and development finance institutions in a variety of complex financings and advised foreign companies on international asset acquisitions and joint venture arrangements.

Matthew advises lenders, investors, and commercial developers in connection with the acquisition, finance, and development of domestic and international infrastructure projects. He serves clients in a variety of industries, including renewable energy, LNG, telecommunications, transportation, and aviation.

Matthew is active in pro bono matters and regularly advises nonprofit organizations on the requirements for incorporation, registration, and compliance to receive 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.
