The role of privacy and information management is increasing significantly within businesses. Hannah has experience advising clients on all aspects of data protection law and has assisted clients in both the public and private sectors on matters ranging from international data transfer projects (including the adoption of Binding Corporate Rules for controllers and processors) to data sharing arrangements, data protection compliance audits and the adoption of employee monitoring and whistleblowing schemes.

Hannah regularly assists clients in all stages of their development, from helping start-up ventures to understand their obligations under data protection law, to advising established organisations and sophisticated in-house teams on strategies for better compliance.Hannah was a contributor to 'European Privacy; Law and Practice for Data Protection Professionals' (IAPP, 2011) and holds CIPP/E certification.

Assisting companies with BCR approval with the implementation process, including drafting implementation plans.
