Conducted due diligence for a proposed acquisition of several bottling companies in East Africa by a multi-billion dollar global beverage company.*

Advised Diageo Capital plc in connection with its SEC-registered offering of US$2bn aggregate principal amount of four tranches of senior debt.*

Advised underwriters, arrangers, book runner, agent and security agent in connection with a private placement by Tele Columbus AG of EUR650m.*

Advised the European Investment Bank in connection with its SEC-registered offerings of US$4bn aggregate principal amount.*

Advised CRH America Inc. in connection with its make-whole redemption of 8.125 percent notes due July 2018.*

Advised CRH plc in connection with an SEC-registered offering of US$900 maggregate principal amount of 3.950 percent notes and US$600m of 4.500 percent notes.*

Advised underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering of US$500m of 4.500 percent guaranteed notes issued by Jaguar Land Rover Automotive plc.*

Advised the Federative Republic of Brazil in connection with an SEC-registered offering of US$1.5bn of 5.625 percent global bonds due 2047.*

Advised Altran Technologies in connection with a US$2bn all-cash acquisition of Aricent from a group of investors led by KKR.*
