Jenny is a trilingual corporate associate in our Sydney office who advises international and domestic clients on a full range of corporate matters.

She focuses on navigating clients through large, transformative transactions such as mergers and acquisitions and private equity, as well as assisting clients with day-to-day questions regarding corporate governance and other general corporate matters.  Being trilingual, she works with clients seamlessly in English, Korean and Japanese.

Jenny completed a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) at The University of Sydney.  While in law school, she represented Australia three times in the Intercollegiate Negotiation and Arbitration Competition in Tokyo.

Jenny currently serves as a Committee Member of the Korean Australian Lawyers Association.

Acting for Partners Group on its A$250 million acquisition of the 270MW Sapphire Wind Farm in NSW.

Acting for Partners Group on its investment in the 240 MW Ararat Wind Farm in Victoria.

Acting for Partners Group on its A$35 million acquisition of an established commercial logistics facility.

Acting for Photon Energy on a large scale 1.1GW solar farm development and financing project in NSW.

Advising Signal Brands in relation to the GUESS? apparel and designer fashion distribution business in Australia.

Advising the Australian shareholders of an international lighting company WE-EF as part of the global sale of WE-EF to the Fagerhult Group for €81 million.

Advising Intuit Inc on its strategic alliance with SISS Data Services relating to the provision of direct bank data feeds to QuickBooks Online.

Acting for Riverstone Investment Group LLC on its joint venture interests in Australia in the natural resources sector.

Advising H2 Holdings (a US-based steel construction and design company) on its strategic acquisition in Australia in the Building Information Modelling (BIM) sector.

Advising Mantra Group Limited on corporate governance issues in relation to the ASX Listing Rules and Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations.

Advising various international and domestic clients (including foreign government investors) on foreign investment rules in Australia and obtaining FIRB approvals.

Advising various global companies on a wide spectrum of general corporate advisory matters including compliance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

Advised the Sydney Office of a Japanese government body in a government procurement project involving multiple tenders and contracts.

Acted for a leading Japanese food distributor in relation to the sale of its business to and joint venture with a subsidiary of a JPX-listed alcoholic beverages producer.
