Kathryn is a highly skilled lawyer with over 10 years' experience in commercial planning. She has advised on development sites all over the country, particularly tall buildings and mixed use development in central London. As a senior knowledge lawyer, Kathryn writes for external publications, speaks at industry conferences, works with stakeholder groups, provides press commentary, and responds to government consultations.

Passionate about development, Kathryn has a particular interest in the residential sector, especially build-to-rent and student accommodation. She enjoys trend-spotting and advising her team on the latest products and issues in the market.

Kathryn gives clear advice that is commercially focused. Her impressive track record and wide network means that she provides quick solutions and a valuable market insight.

As a member of the HL Global PropTech team, Kathryn keeps up-to-date with the latest advances in this growing area. She organises and attends industry events on PropTech, writes about planning-related PropTech, and oversees our planning social media content.

Kathryn chairs the HL Real Estate PR committee and is a Revo Development Committee member. She enjoys helping out in her local community and mentors local school children on financial literacy and career progression.
