Chris advises our corporate finance trustees within our International Debt Capital Markets practice. He advises trustees across the range of capital markets and structured finance products, and advises on both new issuance and post-issuance matters. We have been recognised as a market leader in advising trustees involved in distressed debt situations and intercreditor disputes, and have advised on distressed positions with nominal values in excess of US$60bn since 2007.

As an associate in the Hogan Lovells' trustee practice, Chris has experience in advising trustees on a wide range of issues, including transactions covering multiple jurisdictions. This encompasses advice to trustees and agents on the establishment of note programmes, through to advice following enforcement of obligations.
