Aleksander Haleniuk


Aleksander Haleniuk advises Polish and foreign banks, especially in the area of property finance transactions (preparing drafts of loan facility documentation relating to both financing and refinancing, and the analyzing and verification of documentary conditions precedent). Aleksander joined the Hogan Lovells Warsaw office in 2014 and is a member of the Banking and Finance department.

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Aleksander worked in a Polish-Danish law firm. He also gained experience as a bailiff’s assistant. Aleksander was an intern in the Legal Department of the Ministry of Environment, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration. He graduated from the Department of Law and Administration at Warsaw University in 2014 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Internal Security Studies. Currently, he is a masters student of finance and accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics. 

Aleksander speaks fluent Polish and English, has a certified knowledge of French, and a good understanding of the Ukrainian language.the Ukrainian language.
