She has experience representing banks, financial institutions, private equity investors, insolvency accounting firms and corporate creditors and debtors in connection with a variety of complex cross-border issues including debt restructurings, distressed M&A, the use of court driven insolvency procedures, strategic advisory and enforcement litigation.

The senior unsecured bank lenders, which have formed an unsecured working group, in the high profile SG$3.5bn restructuring of the Hyflux group.

The lenders in connection with the restructuring of Antanium Resources, including in relation to the company’s successful application for moratorium protection.

A syndicate of lenders in relation to multiple defaults under a US$470m facility granted to a Singapore subsidiary of a large Indian conglomerate.

A syndicate of lenders on the US$330m restructuring of PT Royal Industries arising from PKPU proceedings in Indonesia.

Allied Gold Corp on its acquisition of Société d'Exploitation des Mines d'Or de Sadiola S.A. which owns the Sadiola Gold Mine in the Kayes region of Western Mali.
